Minutes:  We had a small group of people show up for the first session of the year, possibly due to the New Year’s break.  There was Kaz, Kei, Fujiki-san, Yan-Fang, Cam and Noriko.

Fujiki-san made another speech (already!) for the project #5, Your body speaks.  He talked about the musician, Johann Sebastian Bach.  It was very unique speech in which he used his body to describe the instruments Beach played and his life as musician.

We had only one speaker for the English session and Kaz controlled the table topic session with the topic of New Years Resolution.  We all had a good opportunity to make it public and share the New Years Resolution with the club.  Of course, mine is coming to the meeting more often than last year and more involved in the club as an officer!

For the Japanese session, Kaz made a speech to share how he was impressed by the Japanese famous year-end show Kohaku Uta gassen.

Hada-san made a speech about the way to be an angel, a little helper of god.  It explained why he is willing to lend books and share good lessons explained in the books he owns.  I bet many of us appreciate his kindness!

Hope we will have bigger crowd for the next meeting.  Happy New Year 2008!!
